LMP3

With an incredible 24 cars, the LMP3 field is full of silver and gold drivers looking to make their mark in endurance racing this season. The field consists of 19 Ligier JS P325s and 5 Duqueine D09s, all powered by the Toyota V6 Twin Turbo engine.

Reigning champions R-ace GP return with a pair of Duqueines, with Road To Le Mans winner Léna Bühler joining Zack Scoular in the no86 car, with Danial Frost and Enzo Peugeot in the no85 Duqueine.

Former team champions CLX Motorsport will be trying to regain the LMP3 title this season, with 2024 drivers’ champion David Droux and his Swiss teammate Cédric Oltramare teaming up again in the no97 Ligier. Reigning Asian Le Mans Series LMP3 champions Alexander Jacoby and Kévin Rabin will race the no87 car for the Swiss team.

Last season’s Vice Champions Forestier Racing by VPS have also entered a pair of Ligier JS P325s, with Luciano Morano returning to try and take the title he missed out on in 2025.  This season he will be joined by American Roee Meyuhas in the no29 Ligier-Toyota for the French team.

Spanish team Brutal Fish Campos Racing will make their MLMC debut at their home event with a pair of Ligier-Toyotas. Spain’s Lucas Fluxa Cross will race alongside ALMS race winner Matus Ryba in the no19 car.

Ajith RedAnt Racing is another team making their MLMC debut in Barcelona and the no36 Ligier will feature the first ever all-Indian driver line up in the series, with former F1 driver Narain Karthikeyan racing alongside Aditya Patel in the no36 Ligier-Toyota.

2023 champions Team Virage will also enter a single Ligier in the LMP3 category this season, with Vic Stevens and Jude Peters racing the no70 car for the Polish flagged team.

2021 LMP3 team champions Nielsen Racing will enter a pair of Duqueines in the top class this season, with Matt Bell and Alfie Briggs racing the no7 car for the British team.  2021 LMP3 drivers’ champion Colin Noble will race for Vector Sport RLR alongside Colombian Geronimo Gomez Azza.

After scoring their first MLMC win, with victory at the Road To Le Mans last year, 23Events Racing have opted to increase their LMP3 entry to two cars this season.  The no5 car will be raced by Isaac Barashi and Matteo Franco Segre, and the no50 Ligier by Colin Queen and Giovanni Maschio.

ANS Motorsport will also enter a pair of Ligier JS P325s, while BWT Muecke Motorsport, High Class Racing, Trajectus Motorsport, Bretton Racing, Inter Europol Competition, M Racing and More Motorsport will all enter a single car in the opening race of the 2026 Michelin Le Mans Cup in Barcelona.

LMP3 Pro/Am

With 10 cars entered in the LMP3 Pro/Am field for Barcelona, which are all Ligier JS P325-Toyotas, it will be interesting to see who will prevail and stand on the top step of the podium on Saturday afternoon.

Reigning champions Motorsport98 return with Eric De Doncker and Gillian Henrion back to defend the title they won in dramatic style in Portimão last year.  Their main challenge for the title came from the two Rinaldi Racing cars, with three of the four drivers returning to race for the German team.

2025 LMP3 Pro/Am Vice Champion Steve Parrow is back and will be joined by Dane Mikkel Gaarde Pedersen in the no66 Ligier, while race winners Stefan Aust and Felipe Fernandez-Laser return in the no71 Ligier-Toyota.

Former MLMC LMP3 Champions Racing Spirit of Léman will enter a single car for Oskar Kristensen and Christian Gisy. Tamil Cinema A Lister Ajith Kumar will race alongside French driver Romain Vozniak in the no16 Ajith RedAnt by Virage Ligier.

Former ALMS LMP3 champion Alex Bukhantsov will be on the grid with American Rashid Shawn in the no34 Inter Europol Competition Ligier-Toyota, while Andrew Ferguson and Louis Hamilton-Smith will be racing for the all-British P4 Racing.

High Class Racing, GG Classics and Bretton Racing will all enter a single Ligier JS P325 to complete the LMP3 Pro-Am grid for the 120-minute race in Barcelona.

GT3

The 10-car field for the GT3 category will feature 5 Ferrari 296 GT3 Evos, 3 Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 Evos, a Porsche 911 GT3 (992) Evo and a McLaren 720s GT3 Evo.

Reigning champions Alessandro Cozzi and Eliseo Donno return to defend their crown with AF Corse, the all-Italian crew racing in the same no51 Ferrari that they did in 2025.  AF Corse will also enter a second car for Ray Acosta III and Marco Erminio Bonamoni.

2025 Vice Champions Kessel Racing will also be entering a pair of Ferrari 296s, with last year’s Vice Champion David Cleto Fumanelli teaming up with Lorenzo Ferdinando Innocenti in the no17 car this season.

The fifth Ferrari on the grid is the all-Spanish car run by local team Biogas Motorsport, with Josep Mayola Comadira and Marc Carol Ybarra sharing the no23 Ferrari 296 for their home race at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

Former MLMC GT3 champions Racing Spirit of Léman will enter one of the three Aston Martin Vantage AMRs, while race winners Code Racing Development will enter the second and Road To Le Mans winners Blackthorn will be the third.

The second Spanish team on the GT3 grid, SMC Motorsport, will run the sole McLaren 720S for their home race in Barcelona, with Spanish driver Gonzalo De Andres Martin being joined by Frenchman Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer for the race.

The final entry on the GT3 grid is the Dinamic GT Porsche 911, with 2021 ELMS LMGTE Champion Matteo Cressoni racing with Canadian driver Reinhold Krahn.
