The second 60-minute Free Practice session finished with the no55 McLaren 650S of Adrian Quaife-Hobbs setting the fastest time on the opening day of the 2016 Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup in Imola and with four different manufacturers in the top four.
The British driver set a 1m43.009 lap, 0.408 seconds quicker than the fastest time in the morning session and 0.334 seconds ahead of the second fastest car in the afternoon session, the no34 TF Sport Aston Martin Vantage of Euan Hankey.
The no7 BMS Scuderia Italia Ferrari of Matteo Cressoni was third quickest with a 1m43.425 lap, just 0.056s ahead of the no88 Mentos Racing Porsche 911 of Klaus Bachler.
Qualifying for Round 1 of the 2016 Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup will take place on Saturday 14 May at 11h20, with the 120 minute race beginning at 17h00 tomorrow afternoon.
