The teams and drivers taking part in the pre season test at the Circuit Paul Ricard began the second day with dry weather. The morning session was headed by the TF Sport Aston Martin Vantage with Euan Hankey setting a 1m57.234 lap, 0.2s faster than the FFF Racing Lamborghini Huracan of Edoardo Liberati. The Lamborghini was the quickest car in the final session of the test with Andrea Amici setting a 1m57.099 lap, which was also the fastest lap of the two day test session.
The next time the teams and drivers taking part in the Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup will meeting will be at Imola on the 13/14 May for the opening round of the new series. With more teams and drivers showing an interest in the new endurance series the full season entry list will be announced ahead of the opening event which will be in support of the European Le Mans Series.
