The Michelin Le Mans Cup classification is quite tight since the beginning of the season and titles might be awarded during the 5th round in Spa-Francorchamps.
In LMP3, the n°3 DKR Engineering Norma M30 is the leader of the classification with 88 points. If they managed to score at least 6 points in the last two races they will be crowned Michelin Le Mans Cup Champion for the second year in a row. They are followed by the n°79 Ecurie Ecosse/ Nielsen Ligier JS P3-Nissan with 41.5 points and the n°40 Graff Norma with 37 points.
In the GT3 class, 21 points separates the n°8 Kessel Racing Ferrari and the n°51 of Spirit of Race. If Giorgio Piccini and Sergio Pianezzola score at least 32 points before the end of the season they will be crowned 2018 GT3 Michelin Le Mans Cup champion.
