The fourth round of the 2017 Le Mans Cup ended last Saturday. All the entries have shown once again great performance and the championship has never been so tight. We can thus be prepared for great battles during the last two rounds in Spa Francorchamps and Portimão.
The 20 cars that took part in the Le Castellet round did 1108 laps of the Paul Ricard track which is equal to 6416km, 7 times the way Le Mans-Le Castellet!
The top speed of the event is 248.km/h and it was reached by Jean Glorieux (DKR Engineering) during the first Free Practice.
The gap between the first and second position, DKR Engineering and Nielsen Racing is only of 9.198s.
The next stop for the Michelin Le Mans Cup is Spa-Francorchamps on the 23rd of September.
