Road To Le Mans: interview with Colin Noble (Ligier JS P3 – Nielsen Racing)

After a perfect start in Monza with a win for the first round of the Michelin Le Mans Cup, Colin and his teammate Anthony Wells are now heading to Le Mans for the flagship event of the season: Road To Le Mans. We have met Colin to know his first impressions about this race. 

Q: After a win in Monza in the first round of the Michelin Le Mans Cup, what are your goals for this second round in Le Mans?

It was a dream start for myself and the team in Monza winning on our debut, the aim will be to try and repeat our success we had in round one. 

Q: How do you feel about racing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans track for the first time?

I am very excited to race on such iconic track, it will be a big challenge as I have never raced at the track previously but I am sure myself and my teammate will get to grips with it quickly! 

Q: How important is this event on the Michelin Le Mans Cup calendar?

There would be something extra special about getting a good result at Le Mans, however we take the same approach to every round of the championship to ensure we can consistently preform at high level.
