The final 60-minute free practice session has been completed and the teams and drivers taking part in the 2017 Road to Le Mans are now prepared for qualifying at 13h30 later this afternoon.
The session was interrupted after three sectors were neutralised to allow barrier repairs following contact by one of the competitors.
The no3 DKR Engineering Norma M30 of Jean Glorieux was the fastest car on track with the Belgian driver setting a 1m51.934 lap, over five seconds faster than the best time in yesterday’s Free Practice 1.
The no19 M.Racing-YMR Norma of Yann Ehrlacher was second fastest, with the French driver setting a 3m54.189, just 0.062 ahead of the no55 Spirit of Race Ligier-Nissan of Michele Rugolo. The no55 Ligier was the car that caused the red flag yesterday after Claudio Sdanewitsch crashed heavily and the Spirit of Race team mechanics did a great job to get the car repaired overnight.

The fastest car in the GT3 class was the no8 SVC Sport Management GMBH Lamborhini Huracan GT3 of Steeve Hiesse, the French driver posting a 4m01.214, 2.6 seconds faster than the best time set in FP1.
The Lamborghini was 0.324 seconds ahead of the no97 TF Sport Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 (Ahmad Al Harthy), with the no24 Garage 59 McLaren 650S GT3 (Takuya Shirasaka) just 0.002 seconds further back in third.
Qualifying for Race 1 will take place at 13h30 this afternoon and either driver can take part. Qualifying for Race 2 will start at 14h05 and will only be for bronze drivers.
