CD Sport are delighted to confirm their first season entry into the Michelin Le Mans Cup with both a brand new car and fresh driver line up.
Former South African Endurance series champion, Michael Jensen is joined by his current team mate & co champion Nick Adcock in a AidCall247 backed 2020 Ligier P320.
Michael Jensen: “I’m a relative newcomer to the sport & have driven mainly in South African series up until now. We were invited to contest the one off Road to Le Mans last year by CD Sport and frankly I was hooked. We rebooked the hotel in Le Mans on the spot and I’m extremely excited by the seasons challenge ahead in LMP3”.
Nick Adcock: “I am fortunate to have driven in Asian Le Mans Series & European Le Mans Series last year and these amazing championships are both immensely competitive and enjoyable in equal measure. We have quite a lot of preseason testing scheduled so we can arrive in Barcelona as well prepared as we can be.”
Jean Noel Le Gall, sporting director of CD Sport: “My team have already taken delivery of the new Ligier and we are busy readying it for the first private tests next month. It is very refreshing to have a campaign organised so early in the year and we are looking forward to a good season with Michael & Nick.
