As the Michelin Le Mans Cup begins the second half of the 2017 season the Balance of Performance on three of the GT3 cars has been adjusted ahead of the 2-hour race at Le Castellet on Saturday 26 August.
The Lamborghini Huracan GT3 has received a 10kg increase in the weight of the car and it will be 1310kg in Le Castellet. The weight of the Ferrari F488 has also been increased by 10kg.
The weight of Mercedes AMG GT3 remains unchanged at 1350kg but the engine air restrictor has been increased by 2mm and will be 38mm for the fourth remaining event of the season. The balance of performance for the Audi R8 LMS remains unchanged from the last round in Austria.
Following the race at the Red Bull Ring success ballast has been added to the following cars
The no46 Ebimotors Lamborghini will race with 20kg of success ballast in Le Castellet, while the no 7 Lee Mowle Mercedes receives an extra 15kg.
The no8 SVC Sport Management Lamborghini and the no75 Optimum Racing Audi will both race with an extra 10kg of ballast.
Round 4 of the 2017 Michelin Le Mans Cup will take place at Le Castellet in the south of France. The event begins on Friday 25 August, with qualifying and the 120-minute race taking place on Saturday 26 August.
