The Balance of Performance (BoP) for Round 4 of the 2016 Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup has seen several changes from the last race in Austria.
The Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 has seen a weight reduction of 10kg. The car weight is now 1280kg compared to 1290kg at the Red Bull Ring, which is 30kg above the homologation base weight of the Ferrari.
The Audi R8 LMS (FIA Homologation no GT3-038) will have a final car weight of 1320kg, 10kg more than previously and 95kg above the homologation base weight of 1225kg. The engine restrictor is increased from 36.5mm to 37mm for Le Castellet.
The Lamborghini Huracan’s engine restrictor is also increased in size from 36.2mm to 37mm.
The Ferrari 488 has received an extra 10kg of weight and now stands at 1325kg, 65kg above its homologated base weight. The Ferrari maximum boost ratios have also been adjusted across the range from 4000rpm to over 7500 rpm.

Following the last race in Austria the following success ballast with be added to the following cars:
No34 TF Sport Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 - 20kg
No55 FFF Racing Team by ACM McLaren 650S - 15kg
No51 AF Corse Ferrari 488 GT3 - 10kg
No88 Mentos Racing Porsche 911 GT3-R - 10kg
No72 SMP Racing Ferrari 488 GT3 - 5kg
In addition the no75 Audi R8 LMS run by Optimum Motorsport will receive a 10kg New Entrant ballast.
Round 4 of the 2016 Michelin GT3 Le Mans Cup will take place on Saturday 27 August.
