Brookspeed International, under the stewardship of Team Principle Martin Braybrook, have previously competed in British GT, European GT4 and raced at the 2002 Daytona 24 Hours. The team spent 2017 competing around Europe, USA and the Middle East with the GT4 class Porsche Cayman and also finished on the class podium in the Bathurst 12 Hours in Australia.
This season the British team embark on a new era with their first foray into Le Mans Prototypes, running a single Ligier JS P3-Nissan for American driver John Schauerman and another driver yet to be announced. Schauerman has already raced for Brookspeed in 2018, having competed in Dubai 24 Hours in January in a GT4 Porsche Cayman.
