This 2020 season was certainly special, and, despite the COVID19 crisis, the six rounds of the Michelin Le Mans Cup (MLMC) took place on five of Europe’s most challenging circuits.
DKR Engineering were crowned LMP3 champions for the 4th time in a row. This means that since the introduction of the LMP3 class in the championship in 2017, the team from Luxembourg is the only one to have been crowned champions.
This GT3 season of the Michelin Le Mans Cup was dominated by the n°8 Iron Lynx Ferrari 488 GT3 driven by Giacomo Piccini and Rino Mastronardi. The latter being crowned 2020 champion with the Italian squad.
Twenty-five cars were on the season entry list with some additional entries at some of the races such as Road To Le Mans.
