The pre-season test held in Le Castellet
Building on the success of the 2017 season, the 2018 Michelin Le Mans Cup will return to the same venues alongside the European Le Mans Series to provide both the teams and drivers with the best series to climb the ladder of success in European endurance racing.
While the venues are unchanged, there are two small modifications compared to the 2017 schedule.
The first is the return to Le Castellet for the official test on the 11th April, in place of Portimão. The test is followed by the first 2-hour race of the 2018 season on the 15th April at the Circuit Paul Ricard, instead of visiting the South of France in August.
The remainder of the 2018 calendar is the same as the 2017 season with races to be held in Monza in May, Le Mans in June, Red Bull Ring in July, Spa-Francorchamps in September and Portimão in October for the season finale.
The flagship event of the increasingly popular series will still be the Road To Le Mans. The two 55-minute races will be held on the 14th and 16th June during the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans on the full 13,6km circuit and in front of the tens of thousands of fans who flock to La Sarthe for the world-famous event.
The Michelin Le Mans Cup will continue to provide the competitors and the fans with high profile venues to race and plenty of exciting action to watch during the 2018 season.
